Connect your AI assistant

Preventivatoree connects to Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. You describe the job in the chat, the assistant writes the quote with your prices, texts and logo, and you send your client the link.

Before you start

A Preventivatoree account. Sign up: free for 30 days, no credit card.
The connection to an assistant is included in the paid plans and in the free trial, not in the free plan.
Optional: with your brand kit and your catalog filled in, the assistant also uses your tone, standard texts and prices. Without them it writes from what you tell it.

The first time, the assistant asks you to sign in to Preventivatoree and confirm the connection. It can create and change drafts and publish links, but not delete or accept quotes. Apps and menus of the assistants change often: if a label differs, look for the closest one.

Claude

Plans: All plans: Preventivatoree is in Claude's connector directory. On Team and Enterprise an owner adds it first from the directory, then everyone connects with their own account.

Open claude.ai/directory/preventivatoree, or Customize, Connectors, Discover, and search for Preventivatoree.
Click Connect to Claude, sign in to Preventivatoree and confirm the connection.
In a chat, click +, Connectors, and turn Preventivatoree on.

Claude Code

Run this command in a terminal, then type /mcp in Claude Code and choose Authenticate.

ChatGPT

Plans: Paid plans (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, Edu). Custom connectors are in beta and need Developer mode; on Business and Enterprise a workspace admin may have to allow them.

ChatGPT on the web

Open Settings, then Apps (or Connectors), and under Advanced settings turn on Developer mode.
Click Create app (or + and Add custom MCP server).
Name: Preventivatoree. MCP server URL: paste the address above. Authentication: OAuth.
Confirm that you trust the app, click Create and sign in to Preventivatoree.
In a chat, click + and choose Preventivatoree among the apps.

Gemini

Plans: Gemini CLI works with a Google account and a browser on the same computer. Adding custom apps to the Gemini app is limited to some accounts and plans, and may not be available yet to you.

Start gemini, type /mcp auth preventivatoree and sign in to Preventivatoree in the browser that opens.

Open Settings, then Connected apps, and choose to add a custom app.
Paste the address above and approve the connection by signing in to Preventivatoree.

What the assistant can do

Once connected, the assistant works on the quotes and client cards of your business through these tools.

`set_quote_status`	Publishes the link of a quote, withdraws it or marks it as declined

The assistant cannot delete quotes or client cards, cannot accept a quote (only your client can, from the link) and cannot change an accepted quote. Your brand kit, your plan and the members of your account stay in the dashboard. Depending on its settings, your assistant may ask you to confirm before each change.

Things to ask

Write a quote for Rossi Ltd: a five page website with a blog, delivery in six weeks.
Duplicate last month's quote for Green Studio, raise the hosting to the new price and publish the link.
Which quotes sent this month have not been opened yet?
Create a client card for Anna Bianchi, from the details in this email.

Privacy and security

The assistant connects with OAuth: you sign in to Preventivatoree and confirm which app asks for access. It never sees your password or your sign-in link.

It reaches only the quotes and client cards of the business you confirmed, with your role in it. We receive what the assistant sends through its tools, not your conversation.

You can revoke the access at any time from Assistants in the dashboard. A connection not used for 30 days expires and asks you to sign in again.

The assistant is your provider, not ours: its own terms apply to your conversations. What we keep about the connection is in the privacy policy.

Help

If the assistant says the account is on the free plan, subscribe from Plan in the dashboard: the connection works as soon as the subscription is active.

If the sign-in fails or the tools do not appear, remove the connection from the assistant, revoke it from Assistants and add it again.
